  • Early Repayment Charges - 2% in the first year, 1% in the second year
  • Maximum loan - No maximum. Loans above £500,000 should be referred to us for specific agreement before submission of an application
  • Minimum loan - £45,000 for purchase and remortgage. £2,000 for further advance. No minimum for product switches.
  • Cost for comparison - 4.5% APRC
  • Additional criteria - You are required to open an Offset Saver account in conjunction with this mortgage. On completion of the mortgage, a cashback amount will be used to open your linked Offset Saver account: £100 for remortgages and purchases
  • Additional features - Overpayments and partial capital repayments allowed. Overpayments build up a credit position to be used for future underpayments, payment holidays and borrow back - allowed to the remaining value of previous overpayments with our prior agreement. 100% of the loan amount can be offset

All of these mortgage products have limited funds available and may be withdrawn at any time. Our mortgages are available to applicants aged 18 and over for properties in England or Wales.

How to apply for a product switch for your client

We’re committed to making the same products available to our existing borrowers as those available to new borrowers in equivalent circumstances, with no extra cost to change mortgage product. You can apply for a product switch up to three months in advance of the current product end date.

Follow our six steps for an easy application:

  1. We will let borrowers know about their new mortgage options around three months before the end of term.
  2. When you have discussed these options, ask your client to complete the Consent to Release Information Form and return it to us using the Secure Document Upload facility along with the new product selection.
  3. You will then receive an email confirmation from us letting you know that we have received the forms and will process your request within three days.
  4. We’ll send you a product switch pack containing the acceptance form and a mortgage variation offer.
  5. Ensure the acceptance form is signed by your client and returned to our Mortgage Service Team using the Secure Document Upload facility. Without this form, we won’t be able to progress their switch further.
  6. We’ll then confirm the product switch to your client and pay you your proc fee seven - ten working days after the date of the product switch.
