For purchase applications, the full Multi-Unit Freehold Block valuation fee scale will apply.   • ~Product Fee - 1% of the loan amount, subject to a minimum of £1,000

  • Your client must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of identity, proof of income and hold a UK bank account
  • Minimum loan amount: £100,000
