In the meantime, if you submit an illustration request, a response will be emailed back to you within two working days and will be valid for 14 days.

We can provide an estimation of how much your client might be eligible to borrow, with no credit check at this stage. Our mortgages are available for properties in England and Wales only.

Some of our products are LTV banded so please take care to select the right product as interest rates will vary.
