Core Purchase and Remortgage Range

We offer a range of core fixed and variable rate mortgages for purchase and remortgage up to 75% LTV. These mortgages are suitable for clients who don't require our specialist products but would still benefit from our personalised underwriting.

All mortgages from our core range are available for older borrowers. For our repayment mortgages we offer up to a maximum age of 95 at the end of the term, and our Interest-Only mortgages offer a maximum age of 89 when the loan commences.
