    We're expanding our criteria for new-build flats and houses

    Family Building Society has enhanced its new-build lending criteria, including lending on flats up to 10 storeys, increasing LTV limits to 80% for flats and 90% for houses, and accepting builder incentives up to 5%. The changes provide greater flexibility and support more purchase and remortgage opportunities for new-build buyers.
