We recommend using our Mortgage Hub wherever possible, as you can move straight to a full application in the same journey. Most DIPs are issued instantly. If a DIP requires review, we'll provide a response within two working days.

Our mortgages are available for properties in England & Wales only. Some of our products are LTV banded so please take care to select the right product as interest rates will vary.

If no, the case will be assessed under our JBSP criteria and will be referred to our Underwriting team before an application can be submitted.

  • The name of the owning borrower(s) of the property
  • The relationship between the owning borrower(s) and non-owning borrower(s)
  • Does the non-owning borrower(s) have a mortgage elsewhere
  • If so, what is the value outstanding?
