Important information on our mortgage products - new product range
24 March 2025From today, Monday 24 March, we've refreshed our product range and pricing. The changes include an increase to our Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) maximum loan size for Owner Occupier Repayment mortgages to £1,000,000, new Owner Occupier Interest-Only products to 80% LTV, and the introduction of our House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) products to general sale.Read more -
Important information on our mortgage products - application deadline
20 March 2025On Monday 24 March 2025, we’ll be making changes to our mortgage product range. This includes adjustments across our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Fixed Rate products. We are also introducing new Owner Occupier Interest-Only Fixed Rate products up to 80% LTV, and our House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) products will be launching on general sale to all intermediaries.Read more -
