With your Family Mortgage DIP request we can provide an estimation of how much your client might be eligible to borrow, with no credit check at this stage. A response will be emailed back to you, within two business working days and is valid for 14 days. Our mortgages are available for properties in England and Wales only.

For Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) and Owner Occupier applications, please complete a standard DIP & Illustration request.

If the borrower(s) require a loan amount that exceeds 75% of the purchase price or property value (whichever is the lower) then we will also need to use a family member's property and / or savings as additional security for this mortgage.
