family support
As well as our traditional mortgages, we also offer specialist products tailored to first time buyers and second steppers.
Our 100% LTV Family Mortgage allows family members to help buyers by providing security through savings or property. Our Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) products allow up to four incomes to be used for affordability and can be used in reverse to help older parents.

later life
We offer mortgage terms up to age 95 for your clients in or approching retirement.
We take into account earned income up to the age of 75 and other sources of income beyond that such as pension pots and investments (up to 90% split over the mortgage term), fixed pensions and rental income.
We also offer RIO mortgages with no term end date.

landlords
We offer a range of Buy to Let mortgages, from fixed to variable rates.
We cater for single-property landlords through to portfolio landlords with no limit on the number of properties held. We offer Buy to Let mortgages for expats, HMO mortgages for properties with up to six bedrooms and a maximum six tenants, plus mortgages for MUFBs with up to 3 bedrooms.

self-employed
We take a sensible view on income and understand the need for flexibility, especially after unusual trading years. We can look at accounts prior to submission and will consider both salary and net profit.

expat
We offer Expat mortgages on an Interest-Only basis for properties in England and Wales. We can accept applications from over 40 countries, including the USA, Hong Kong, Canada and a number of Gulf states. Our Buy to Let Expat mortgages are available with no minimum income and no portfolio limits.
We lend to UK nationals working abroad, along with UK nationals and foreign nationals working in the UK but paid in a foreign currency.
