Minimum property value change - now from £75,000
From today, Wednesday 29 April, we're lowering the minimum property value across both our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let products.
Minimum property value: now from £75,000*
(*Minimum property values vary by product)
Reduced from £120,000, this change gives your clients more choice, supporting buyers and landlords purchasing lower value properties, particularly in areas where property prices typically fall below £120,000.
Updated criteria
Standard Owner Occupier & Buy to Let (BTL):
- Minimum property value: £75,000; (was £120,000)
- Minimum loan amount: £45,000 (no change).
- Minimum property value: £75,000; (was £120,000)
- Minimum loan amount: £60,000 (was £96,000).
RIO (Retirement Interest-Only):
- Minimum property value: £90,000; (was £120,000)
- Minimum loan amount: £45,000; (no change).
