Assets & Net Worth Evidence

  • Recent bank and savings account statements
  • Investment portfolio statements (ISA, GIA, bonds, shares, funds). Up to date statements from the providers showing investment fund values and the type of funds that have been invested in. The statement should clearly show who the account / policy holder is.
  • Pension valuation statements
  • Property portfolio schedule and/or property valuations
  • Mortgage statements for existing borrowing
  • Documentation evidencing ownership and value of business interests
  • Evidence of significant personal chattels (e.g. fine art, jewellery, luxury vehicles, collectibles, yachts or other high-value assets)
  • Trust documentation and asset valuations (where applicable)
  • Latest SA302s and Tax Year Overviews (where applicable)
  • Payslips and P60
  • Company accounts and accountant’s reference
  • Dividend vouchers
  • Rental income statements
  • APT - Assured periodic tenancies

Exit Strategy Evidence

Please provide evidence supporting the proposed repayment strategy for the roll-up mortgage, such as:

  • Sale of a property or other asset
  • Investment portfolio realisation
  • Pension lump sum entitlement
  • Business sale or liquidity event
  • Inheritance or trust distribution (where appropriate)
  • Downsizing plans
  • Other identifiable source of repayment

Supporting documentation may include valuations, investment statements, pension projections, trust documents, legal agreements, accountant confirmations, or any other evidence demonstrating the viability of the proposed exit strategy.
