Later life borrowing research study
5 Aug 2019
Borrowing in later life – how do your clients feel about it?
We’re conducting research to gather older borrowers' views and experiences of taking out a mortgage in later life. We would love to hear your thoughts on this subject too.
We want to understand the reasons why your clients borrow money in later life, how they feel about it and what concerns (if any) they have. We'd also like to hear your views on the market and the lending solutions available.
We’ve commissioned the London School of Economics to undertake this research and you can take part in our survey here.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete, and as a thank you for your time you will have the opportunity to enter our prize draw* for a chance to win £200.
* Prize draw terms and conditions
1. The prize draw closes at 5pm, Wednesday 14 August 2019.
2. UK residents only.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Employees of Family Building Society and their families are ineligible to participate.
5. The prize is £200 which can be paid by cheque or by transfer to your bank account.
6. The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge’s decision is final.
7. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Thursday 15 August 2019.
8. The winner will be notified via email by Thursday 15 August 2019.
