IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR MORTGAGE OFFERING
Don’t forget that we'll still pay you a proc fee if your existing client decides to switch or borrow more with us.
We also no longer offer mortgage products that calculate interest annually. So if your client has an annual interest National Counties mortgage that’s coming to the end of its product term, they can now switch to a Family Building Society monthly interest mortgage.
Applications currently with us for a National Counties switch or further advance, will continue to be progressed as normal. However, all applications made after 31 May will need to be submitted using a Family Building Society product.
Remember you can submit applications online using our Mortgage Hub.
We're doing this to simplify our proposition to our existing customers and give all borrowers access to products under our award winning Family Building Society brand.
