IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR MORTGAGE OFFERING

You might already know that we haven’t offered new mortgages under our National Counties brand for some time now. Since December 2016, all new mortgages have only been available under our award winning Family Building Society brand. From today, if your client has a National Counties mortgage and wants to switch product or borrow more, they can now choose from our Family Building Society range of products.
Don’t forget that we'll still pay you a proc fee if your existing client decides to switch or borrow more with us.
We also no longer offer mortgage products that calculate interest annually. So if your client has an annual interest National Counties mortgage that’s coming to the end of its product term, they can now switch to a Family Building Society monthly interest mortgage.
Applications currently with us for a National Counties switch or further advance, will continue to be progressed as normal. However, all applications made after 31 May will need to be submitted using a Family Building Society product.
