Helping your expat clients can be tricky, however with our flexible underwriting, we are able to look at cases on an individual basis. In a nutshell, we are more likely to be able to help!

Our range of expat mortgages allows your clients living aboard to purchase a property in the UK, either for themselves and their family or as a Buy to Let.

About our expat products

• All of our expat mortgages are available on an Interest Only basis for both Owner Occupier and Buy to Let.

• We accept applications from expats in over 40 countries.

• We can lend to UK nationals working abroad with families remaining in the UK.

• We can lend to UK nationals working in the UK but who are paid in a foreign currency.

• The minimum loan amount is £100,000.
