Important Changes to Mortgage Products - January 2025

From today, Thursday 30 January, we've launched a new range of Owner Occupier Interest-Only and Buy to Let products. We've also recently made changes to our lending criteria.
Our maximum LTV has now increased from 70% to 75% across all UK Landlord (including Offset), Limited Company and Expat Buy to Let products. Applications for Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFBs) will continue to be capped at 70%.
Our Limited Company Buy to Let lending criteria has been enhanced, with one additional Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code now included. As a result, we will be able to consider applications from SPVs registered under either of the following SIC codes:
68100
68209
68320

Owner Occupier Fixed Rates
Our 2 Year Fixed Rates Interest-Only products have decreased, and our 5 Year Fixed Rate Interest-Only products (excluding our Retirement Interest-Only) have increased.

Buy to Let Fixed Rates
Our range now has a maximum LTV of 75%, and our 2 Year Fixed Rate products have decreased.
