Criteria definition:

Indicates if we can potentially lend on a property that is of Timber-Framed construction built between 1900 to 1970 for residential applications.

Policy Notes:

We can potentially consider lending on properties that are a timber frame construction dating between 1900 to 1970. Not acceptable if built before 1965 unless a period Grade 2 listed. Pending valuers comment.
