Indicates if we can potentially accept a guarantor application where the applicant is not expecting significant income growth in the future

Policy Notes:

We can potentially consider a guarantor application (JBSP) where significant income growth is not expected, so long as the borrower’s income is sufficient to support the loan in future. Subject to underwriter discretion.
