Criteria definition:

Indicates if we accept Right to Buy applications.

Policy Notes:

The Society will consider purchases under the Right to Buy scheme and in addition freehold properties (houses, bungalows) purchased under this scheme and now outside any pre-emption period may be considered. Care will be taken regarding the proposed security on offer as many local authority properties are of non-standard construction.
