Prestige locations only. Properties should have separate title and access. Valuer to confirm the property is readily saleable.

Warning Notes:

We won't lend on properties above or adjacent to a restaurant/takeaway, bar or any other property where the use is likely to cause a nuisance or which may involve hazardous materials.
