Introducing our new High Net Worth Interest Roll-Up Mortgage.

Designed for High Net Worth clients with significant assets, complex income structures and long-term financial objectives.

Our new lending solution offers your clients access to substantial borrowing without the need for regular monthly mortgage payments. Instead, interest is added to the mortgage balance and repaid alongside the original loan amount at the end of the mortgage term.

Backed by our exclusive service promise each client case benefits from a dedicated Senior Underwriter from application through to completion, providing a consistent point of contact throughout the application journey.

Product highlights:
  • £1m to £12.5m borrowing
  • No mandatory monthly mortgage repayments
  • Capital and accrued interest are repaid at the end of the mortgage term
  • Bank Rate Tracker rates available on a ‘for term’ basis
  • End of term LTV must not exceed 65%
  • Available for Owner Occupier and Buy to Let lending
  • Suitable for properties located in England and Wales
  • By application form only.
Who could it be suitable for?

It could support clients looking to access liquidity without selling long-term assets, including for property investment, business or wider wealth planning needs.

To qualify, clients must meet one of the following:
  • Net annual income of no less than: £300,000, or
  • Net assets of no less than: £3,000,000.

For joint applications, only one applicant needs to meet the High Net Worth requirement.

Rather than relying solely on regular income, affordability is assessed by considering your client's overall financial strength, available assets, repayment strategy and ability to withstand changes in circumstances.
