We've relaunched our fixed rate mortgage products

From today, Wednesday 16 September 2026, we've repriced and relaunched our Fixed Rate product ranges across Owner Occupier and Buy to Let lending.

Key changes include:

  • All Fixed Rate products have been increased by 0.60%
  • All Fixed Rate products now benefit from refreshed, longer end dates.

No changes have been made to our variable (discount and tracker) rate products. We have also not made any changes to our mortgage reversionary rates.
