Important changes to our mortgage products - Pre launch June 2026

On Thursday 25 June 2026, we’ll be making changes across our mortgage product range, which includes:

  • The launch of a brand-new range of 2 Year Tracker Rate products, to be available across Owner Occupier Interest-Only and Buy to Let, available for both purchase and remortgage applications
  • Selected interest rate reductions and product fee adjustments across the Buy to Let fixed rate product range
  • Refreshed end dates across all fixed rate products.

No changes are being made to our Mortgage Reversion Rates, including our Managed Mortgage Rates (MMRs), Flexi MMRs or Standard Variable Rates (SVRs). However, interest rates across all discounted variable rate products will be subject to increases between 0.10% to 0.20%.

Semi-exclusive products
On top of our standard range of products we have additional semi-exclusive products available via our packaging partners.

  • Thursday 25 June 2026

All of our current on-sale products will be withdrawn and replaced with the new range on Thursday 25 June. For withdrawn products, we’ll continue to accept applications through our Mortgage Hub, or by paper, up to 5pm on Thursday 25 June 2026. Paper applications must be fully completed and submitted in time to meet this deadline.
