Important changes to our mortgage products - March 2026

From today, Friday 13 March, we've launched a new range of fixed rate products, across both our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let offerings, with options available for new and existing customers.

In response to the current volatility across financial markets, our new range of fixed rates is more condensed than usual. We aim to return with our full range of fixed rates as soon as possible.

Please note, our existing customers will now need to select products from the new on-sale range. The fixed rates that we withdrew on Tuesday 10 March, which remained available for existing customers, have now been fully withdrawn and are no longer available for further advances and product switches.
