Important information: withdrawal of our fixed rate mortgage products

Due to significant increases in the cost of funding fixed rate mortgages, we're temporarily withdrawing all of our fixed rate products from sale, for both purchase and remortgage applications. This will take effect from today, 10 March 2026. Our range of discounted variable rate mortgage products remains unchanged. 

The deadline for receipt of applications for all withdrawn fixed rate mortgage products is:

  • 5pm today, 10 March 2026 

Where applicable, our fixed rate products remain available for existing borrower product switches and further advances, if they were available for these purposes prior to this change. 

We intend to launch a new range of fixed mortgage products for purchase and remortgage applications as soon as it is operationally possible. We'll let you know as soon as these become available.
