From today, Wednesday 5 November, we've refreshed our product range and pricing and have introduced new products for existing borrower Buy to Let product switch and further advance purposes.

Owner Occupier Fixed Rates

Repayment 

• 2 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.15%.
  

Interest-Only

• 2 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.10%.

Buy to Let Fixed Rates

LTV based priced tiers have been removed from the range, and all products are now available up to a maximum of 75% LTV. Products previously available up to 60% LTV have all been withdrawn.

New Business

2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates for UK Landlord, Limited Company and Expat Buy to Let up to 75% LTV for new business have decreased by 0.10%. There have been no changes to new business HMO and Expat Limited Company rates.

Existing Borrowers

We have also launched new products specifically for existing borrower product switch and further advance purposes without Product Fees.

Managed Mortgage Rates and Discounted Variable Rates

Our Managed Mortgage Rates will remain unchanged.
