Important information about changes to our mortgage products

On Wednesday 30 July 2025, we’ll be making changes to our mortgage product range. This includes adjustments across our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let products. We will also be implementing some criteria updates on Wednesday 30 July 2025 as well as updates to our affordability calculators from Thursday 31 July 2025.
Full details of the new product range will be announced on Wednesday 30 July 2025.
For the withdrawn products, we'll still accept applications through our Mortgage Hub, or by paper, up to 5pm on Wednesday 30 July 2025. This means that any paper applications will need to be fully completed and sent to us ahead of this deadline in order to be received in time.
