Changes to our variable mortgage rates

Good news! We will soon be reducing our Mortgage Reversion Rates. Our Managed Mortgage Rates (MMRs and Standard Variable Rates (SVRs) will be decreasing by 0.25%.

Rate effective dates:

  • Changes to MMRs, Flexi MMRs & SVRs - 20 January 2025

All on-sale discounted variable product rates and other details, including representative examples displayed on our website, have now been updated to reflect these lower rates, effective from 20 January 2025. Our product summary sheets have also been updated to reflect the new reversion rates.
