Faster illustrations with our new automatic process

Great news! We have automated our mortgage illustration process.

We appreciate that sometimes you need an illustration out of office hours, and you don't want to wait days for a response. So, we've been busy developing, testing and fine-tuning our processes to improve the way we provide illustrations.

For the majority of illustration requests, you'll now get a response within an hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Very occasionally a reponse may take a little longer and you'll receive a response the next working day.

Improved functionality

Previously you could request a single or part and part illustration. We've improved the functionality so that you can request a multi-product illustration.

We've also improved the form to ensure we're capturing the right data - hopefully leading to fewer queries from our team, and a smoother, quicker process.

If you’re requesting an Owner Occupier DIP & Illustration, our SLA of 2 days will still stand as we’ll need to manually approve the DIP. However, our new and improved Owner Occupier DIP & Illustration form ensures we’re capturing your data more accurately.

Our team of BDMs now cover the whole of England and Wales, plus some areas of Scotland, and are all ready to answer your queries and guide you through the application process.
