Student lets now accepted under our HMO criteria

We're pleased to announce that we now accept student let properties under our HMO criteria, where the property is located in one of our approved areas: Birmingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and York.

This enhancement reflects our commitment to supporting landlords and providing solutions for a wider range of Buy to Let cases. As a specialist lender, we look beyond standard lending criteria to support a broader range of landlord circumstances, helping brokers find solutions for more complex cases.

Our HMO criteria includes:

  • Up to 6 bedrooms
  • Up to 6 tenants
  • Up to 75% LTV
  • Personal and limited company landlords
  • Expat landlords
  • Student lets in approved locations
