We know applications aren't always straightforward. That's why you come to us. But no matter how complicated they are, we still want to get your applications through as quickly as possible. 

How can you help us to help you?  
  • Provide some background about the applicants and their transaction so we can understand the situation. Let us know if there are any issues so we have all the information we need at the earliest stage.
  • When submitting applications, take your time to provide full and accurate disclosures of the applicant's situation. It may take longer in the short term but it means your application won't be delayed with us waiting to clarify something. 
  • Check bank statements before submitting them to ensure any forgotten credit is picked up before obtaining a DIP.
  • Ensure you fully understand the applicant’s situation before obtaining a DIP or submitting an application.
  • Ensure the appropriate documentation is provided to stop cases being delayed.

If information is missed or is submitted incorrectly it can delay cases or even result in them being rejected which none of us want!
