We don’t do that. In fact, we’re specialists when it comes to later life lending and we pride ourselves on being different.

We have generous terms for older borrowers:

• We lend up to age 95 at the end of the term for Owner Occupier repayment mortgages

• We will accept an application from an 89 year old for Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Interest Only mortgages
• We’ll take into account earned income up to the age of 70 and pension income beyond that
• We also accept rental and investment income (we can do this both before and during retirement)
• We have no set maximum loan amount

• We listen: we take the time to listen to and understand your client’s story
• We don't use computers: we use common sense and real human beings to underwrite your mortgages cases. We don’t credit score either
• We’re flexible: we treat each of your clients as individuals on a case by case basis
