Changes to our mortgage product range

We've made some changes to our mortgage product range with effect from 28 January 2020:
• We've implemented LTV banding across relevant products in both our OO and BTL range. Interest rates on lower LTV band products are set 0.20% below the higher band.
• We've withdrawn and replaced our fixed rate products, including our Family Mortgage.
• Our Retirement Lifestyle Booster rates have been reduced by 0.20%.
• Cashback on all Offset products will now be used to open a linked Offset Saver. £250 cashback for OO and £100 cashback for BTL.
We will accept applications for our withdrawn fixed rate products up to and including 4 February 2020.
We've also extended the completion deadline for the new fixed rate products to 1 July 2020.
