5. The prize is £150 which can be paid by cheque or by transfer to your bank account.
6. The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge’s decision is final.
7. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 17 December 2019.
8. The winner will be notified via email on 17 December 2019.
