Important updates to our mortgages

We've made some changes to our mortgage product range with effect from 18 September 2019:
• We've withdrawn and replaced our fixed rate products including our Family Mortgage
• We've reduced our Family Mortgage interest rates by 0.15%
• We've launched four new expatriate Interest-Only mortgages for properties in England or Wales. Two of these new products are Owner Occupier and two are Buy to Let.
There are no changes to our variable rate product range.
We will accept applications for our withdrawn fixed rate products up to and including 25 September 2019.
We've also extended the completion deadline for any fixed rate applications which previously had a completion deadline of 1 October 2019. These have been extended until 1 November 2019.
