We've listened to your feedback and we're pleased to announce that we’ve made some improvements to our
Mortgage Hub:
• We’ve introduced dynamic questioning to our online application form, which means we’ll omit questions that are no longer relevant to the case as you complete the application.
• We've added quick links, directing you to documents that are important to our process (including our packaging guidelines), helping to speed up the online submission.
These changes will mean:
• Fewer clicks to submit your applications
• A reduction in the number of mandatory questions
• Removal of repetitive or similar questions
• Clearer signposting of the documentation we need you to submit to us.
