Indicates if we can potentially consider the self-employed applicants latest year figures as a projection from their accountant.

Policy Notes:

We may consider the latest year’s self-employed income where this is supported by at least one year’s certified year-end accounts and satisfactory additional evidence. Any assessment will be subject to underwriter review and confirmation that the income is sustainable.
