From today, Thursday 22 August, we've launched a new range of Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Fixed Rate products. The updated product range includes products available for purchase, remortgage, further advance and product switch applications. We are also announcing decreases to our Managed Mortgage Rates, which will take effect in September.

We've also introduced a new Buy to Let UK Landlord product which has no Product fee. Further details are below:

We have launched new Buy to Let UK Landlord and Limited Company Fixed Rate available for purchase and remortgage applications. The product features include:

BTL UK Landlord (Product code XF0897)

• No Product Fee
• No Application Fee
• Minimum loan amount of £100,000
• Maximum loan amount of £600,000
• £500 cashback for remortgage applications.

BTL Limited Company (Product code XF0898)

• No Application Fee
• Minimum loan amount of £100,000
• Maximum loan amount of £600,000
• £500 cashback for remortgage applications.

Our Managed Mortgage Rates are decreasing

From 19 September 2024, our Managed Mortgage Rates will be decreasing by 0.25%. This means all our on-sale discounted variable rate products will be decreasing by 0.25% on the same date.
