From today, Friday 2 August, we've reduced rates on some of our Owner Occupier Fixed Rate products.

Owner Occupier Fixed Rates

Repayment

Our Core 2 Year and 5 Year Fixed Rate Repayment products have reduced by 0.10%.

Interest-Only

Our Core 2 Year and 5 Year Fixed Rate Interest-Only products have reduced by 0.20%.

Discounted Variable Rates

All Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Discounted Variable Rates (including our Offset products) remain unchanged.

Managed Mortgage Rates

Please note that our Managed Mortgage Rates are not changing at this time
