Important Changes to Mortgage Products

From today, Wednesday 3 July, we've launched a new range of Owner Occupier and Buy to Let products. The updated product range includes products available for purchase, remortgage, further advance and product switch applications.

Owner Occupier Fixed Rates

Interest-Only

All Fixed Rate Interest-Only products have decreased by 0.15%. Additionally we have reintroduced a 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate product for purchase and remortgage only.

Repayment

The Family Mortgage has increased by 0.15%.

No other changes have been made to our Repayment products.

Buy to Let Fixed Rates

All Limited Company Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.20% and Expat Fixed Rates by 0.10%.

No other changes have been made to the range.

Owner Occupier Discounted Variable Rates

We have reintroduced both a 60% and 80% LTV 3 Year Interest-Only Discounted Variable Rate product available for purchase, remortgage, further advance and product switch.

No other changes have been made to our Discounted Variable Rates.

Managed Mortgage Rates

Please note that our Managed Mortgage Rates are not changing at this time.
