Important Changes to Mortgage Products

On Thursday 11 April 2024, we’ll be making adjustments to a few of our mortgage products.

We'll be restricting the availability of four Owner Occupier Repayment products to selected intermediaries and packaging partners only, and withdrawing the 5 Year Fixed Expat Buy to Let product from sale, without replacement.

The following Owner Occupier Fixed rate products will be available to selected intermediaries and packaging partners only, for purchase and remortgage applications:

However, these will continue to be available for our existing customers for further advance applications and product switches.

The following Expat Buy to Let fixed rate product will be withdrawn from sale:

We will accept applications for these products through our Mortgage Hub, or by paper, up to and including 5pm on Thursday 11 April 2024. This means that any paper applications will need to be fully completed and sent to us ahead of this deadline in order to be received in time.
