From today, Thursday 21 March, we've made a number of changes across our mortgage range including rate increases across most of our Fixed Rate products.

Owner Occupier

• We’ve increased most of our Fixed Rates
• All Repayment products have been subject to increases of up to 0.10%, with some Interest-Only products increasing by 0.25%.

Repayment 

Interest-Only

Buy to Let

• Interest rates will remain the same across all of our Buy to Let Fixed Rates, with no changes made
• We have restricted the availability of our UK Landlord 5 Year Fixed Rate (70% LTV), which is now exclusively available to selected intermediaries
• We have reduced our Offset Buy to Let rates by 0.25%.

No other changes have been made to the range.

Discounted Variable Rates

• All Offset (Repayment) rates have been reduced by 0.25%
• All 60% LTV JBSP and Expat 2 year discounted rates have been reduced by 0.25%
• All 80% LTV JBSP and Expat 2 year discounted rates have been reduced by 0.50%.

Managed Mortgage Rates

Please note that our Managed Mortgage Rates are not changing at this time.
