From today, Monday 11 December, we've made a number of changes across our mortgage range including rate reductions across all our Fixed rate products.

Owner Occupier - all 2 and 5 Year Fixed rate products now reduced:

Repayment

• 2 year Core range products now start from 5.74%, up to 60% LTV*
• 2 year JBSP products now start from 5.94%, up to 60% LTV*
• 5 year Core range products now start from 5.14%, up to 60% LTV*
• 5 year JBSP products now start from 5.34%, up to 60% LTV*
• Family Mortgage - now at 5.34%, up to 95% LTV (additional security required).

*Other products available, up to 80% LTV.

Interest-Only

• 2 year Core range product reduced to 6.39%, up to a maximum 60% LTV
• 5 year Core range product reduced to 5.79%, up to a maximum 60% LTV
• Retirement Interest-Only (RIO) – reduced to 6.09%, up to a maximum 50% LTV.
  

Buy to Let - all 5 Year Fixed rate products now reduced:

• UK Landlords - rates now start from 5.59%, up to 60% LTV*
• Limited Company SPVs - rates now start from 5.74%, up to 60% LTV*. We have also reduced the product fee for Limited Company SPV products, which is now 1.00% (subject to a minimum of £1,000)
• Expats - now at 6.09%, up to 70% LTV, on an Interest-Only basis.

*Other products available, up to 70% LTV.

Buy to Let - new 2 Year Fixed rate products now on sale:

• UK Landlords - rates start from 6.09%, up to 60% LTV*, with a £999 fee
• Limited Company SPVs - rates start from 6.24%, up to 60% LTV*, with a 1.00% product fee (minimum £1,000)
• Expats – rates start from 6.29%, up to 60% LTV, on an Interest-Only basis with a 1.00% product fee (minimum £1,000)

*Other products available, up to 80% LTV.

Withdrawal of a number of Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Discounted variable rate products:

Owner Occupier

• Repayment – all Core range and JBSP 2 year discounted rate products
• Interest-Only – all Core range 2 year discounted rate products.

Our Offset (Repayment) discounted rate products remain on sale. Our JBSP and Expat 2 year discounted rate products (Interest-Only) also remain on sale.

Buy to Let

• All UK Landlord, Limited Company SPV and Expat 2 year discounted rate products.

Our Offset discounted rate products remain on sale.
