From Today, Thursday 3 August, we've made a number of changes across our mortgage product range.

The key changes are as follows: 

Owner Occupier:

5 Year Fixed Rates:

• Core range repayment products – we have introduced these back on sale for purchase and remortgage applications*. Rates now start from 6.04%
• JMSO repayment products – we have also introduced these back on sale for purchase and remortgage applications*. Rates now start from 6.14%
• Family Mortgage – now back on sale for purchase applications*, at 6.19%
• Core range Interest Only products - now starting from 6.69%

*Also available to our existing customers for additional borrowing and product switches

2 Year Discounted Variable Rates:

• Offset repayment products - now start from 6.19%
• Core range Interest Only products –now start from 6.19%
• JMSO Interest Only products –now start from 6.49%

Buy to Let:

5 Year Fixed Rates

• UK Landlords – now start from 6.74%
• Limited Company SPVs – now start from 6.84%
• Expats – now at 7.09% up to 70% LTV, on an Interest-Only basis
  

2 Year Discounted Variable Rates:

• UK Landlords – now start from 6.39%
• Limited Company SPVs – now start from 6.69%
• Expats - now start from 6.74%, on an Interest-Only basis
• Offset mortgages - now start from 6.84%

The deadline for receipt of applications for all withdrawn mortgage products is:

• Today - 5pm 3 August through our Mortgage Hub or by paper.
