Apologies for the short advance notice. We’d hope to give you 24 hours notice of any changes to our mortgage products, but with the weekend approaching we need to withdraw the products listed below at 5pm today (Friday 30 June).

The following Owner Occupier five year fixed rate products being withdrawn are:

• XF0643 5.44% (60%LTV)
• XF0644 5.54% (80% LTV)
• XF0645 5.54% JMSO (60% LTV)
• XF0646 5.64% JMSO (80% LTV)
• XF0647 5.59% Family Mortgage
  

The reason for withdrawal is in reaction to rapid price rises in the last few days by other lenders, so that we can maintain service levels to new and existing borrowers. We’ll wait for the current re-pricing in the market to settle and then launch replacement products as soon as we are able to. We expect this to take 7 to 10 working days.

For the time being the withdrawn products will remain available for existing customers seeking to switch to a new fixed rate at the end of their current deal.
