From today, Wednesday 19 April, we'll be making a number of changes across our mortgage product range.

The key changes are as follows:

Owner Occupier:

Fixed Rates

• All two year fixed rates have been withdrawn without replacement
• All repayment five year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.20% with our:
  1. Core range five year fixed rates starting at 4.99% and
  2. JMSO five year fixed rates starting from 5.09%
• 60% LTV Interest-Only five year fixed rates as well as our RIO have been reduced by 0.10% with our core range five year fixed starting at 5.54%.

Discount Rates

We have increased rates across the majority of our Interest-Only two year discount rates.

• 60% LTV (Core range and JMSO) products have increased by 0.20%
• 80% LTV (Core range and JMSO) products have increased by 0.30%
• Our 80% LTV Expat product has increased by 0.10%.

Buy to Let

Fixed Rates

All five year fixed rates have been reduced.

• UK Landlords - five year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.20%, starting at 5.84% with a £999 product fee
• Limited Company SPVs - five year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.30%, starting at 5.75% with a 2.00% product fee.

Discount Rates

• Expat two year discount rates - have been reduced by 0.25%, now starting at 5.99%.

Managed Mortgage Rates

Please note that our Managed Mortgage Rates are not changing at this time

• Today - 5pm 19 April through our Mortgage Hub or by paper.
