Important information on our mortgage products

From 14 November 2022, we will be increasing our Managed Mortgage Rates by 0.50%.

All on-sale discounted variable product rates will increase in line with these changes. Increases apply to both our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let products.

Our discounted variable product details, and all representative examples displayed on our website, have been updated today to reflect these higher Managed Mortgage Rates.

All our Affordability and Buy to Let stress calculations will be updated on 1 November 2022 to reflect the new rates.
