Information on our mortgage application processing times

We know you like us, but we never appreciated just how much!

Over the last couple of weeks we have received a significant number of mortgage applications. More than we would ‘normally’.

Rest assured we are working our way through these applications but it will mean that there will be a delay to our assessment of your case which will mean we may not get back to you for up to 15 days.

We know this delay is not in line with our usual timescales, but you can be confident that our high standards of manual underwriting will be maintained.

So please bear with us, and be confident that if we have a question we will be in touch.
