Important information on our mortgage products

From today, 1 July, we have made some adjustments to the pricing of our mortgage product range.

These changes are summarised below, and apply to both our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let products:

  • All Fixed Rate products have increased by 0.75%
  • Our Discount and Offset products’ pay rates and floor rates have also increased by 0.75%. No change has been made to the level of discount that each product has from our Managed Mortgage Rates*.

*Our Managed Mortgage Rates will also be increasing by 0.75% on 23July 2022. Please note that the new Discount product details and all representative examples displayed on our website from today reflect these higher Managed Mortgage Rates.

No changes have been made to our Fixed Rate end dates. The completion deadline for our new Fixed Rate products will remain as 03 October 2022.

The deadline for receipt of applications for all withdrawn mortgage products is:

  • Today - 5pm 1 July through our Mortgage Hub and by paper.
