How are we different?
- Human underwriters – Instead of letting computers make our decisions, we use common sense based on the merits of each individual case.
- No credit scoring – We offer tailored credit checks, taking a holistic view of your clients' finances, not just assessing a predefined set of criteria.
- We have no set maximum loan amount.
- We lend to older clients – We can offer mortgages up to the age 95 and will consider earned income up to the age of 70 and other sources beyond that such pension, investment and rental income.
- Business development managers – Our team of BDMs are your first port of call for any new business enquiries, and are available to guide you through a Decision in Principle and the application process.
