Mortgage product application deadline

On Wednesday 5 May 2021 we’ll be withdrawing and replacing the majority of our current mortgage products.

We will accept applications for all withdrawn products through our Mortgage Hub, or by paper, up to and including 5pm on Friday 7 May 2021. This means that any paper applications will need to be fully completed and sent to us ahead of this deadline in order to be received in time.

Full details of the new product range will be announced on 5 May 2021.

We have a team of BDMs ready, willing and able to answer any of your queries and guide you through the application process. If you don’t have a BDM in your area, you can contact our dedicated Mortgage Desk.

3. Only one entry per person
4. Employees of Family Building Society and their families are ineligible to participate
5. The prize is £250 which can be paid by transfer to your bank account or by cheque
6. The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge’s decision is final
7. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 2 August 2021
8. The winner will be notified by email on 3 August 2021
9. The winners name and county will be made available on request following the draw date by emailing marketing@familybsoc.co.uk. If you win and would like to withhold your name, please email us at the same address once you have entered the competition.
